Basic Overview Of Office
The Clerk of the Circuit Court is statutorily responsible for:- maintaining court records and collecting all court-related fines and fees;
- serving as the accountant for the Board of County Commissioners; and
- serving as the official record keeper for the Board of County Commissioners.
In addition, the Clerk's office handles the recording of documents, selling of marriage licenses and applications for passports.Indian River County Courthouse observes the following holidays:
